Registration Fees
The registration fee includes;
- Entrance to all oral and poster sessions,
- Conference materials (Congress bag, etc).
- Proceedings (a link will be provided to download)
- Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation
- Three-day lunch
- Coffee breaks
Registration including accommodation (Hotel accommodation for 2 nights 1 2 3 )
- Early bird (Before 20 August 2025)
- Full delegate: 550 Euros
- Student Delegate: 450 Euros
- Late registration (After 20 August 2025)
- Full delegate: 650 Euros
- Student Delegate: 550 Euros
Registration without accommodation
- Early bird (Before 20 August 2025)
- Full delegate: 450 Euros
- Student Delegate: 350 Euros
- Late registration (After 20 August 2025)
- Full delegate: 550 Euros
- Student Delegate: 450 Euros
Each registered author could submit and present 2 papers at most. Authors who want to submit and present more than 2 papers are required to make an additional payment of 50% of the registration fee per paper.
Payment Information
Please transfer your registration fee to the account shown below.
All bank transfer charges or deductions must be covered by the sender, and the full net amount of the registration fee should reach the conference account.
Kindly note that credit card payments are not available, neither remotely nor on-site during the conference.
Please indicate your name and abstract (paper) number clearly on the bank documents, and do not forget to send the payment confirmation document together with your registration category (e.g., Student with accommodation, Full delegate without accommodation, etc.) by e-mail to info@polygeneration.net.
