The registration fee includes;
- Entrance to all oral and poster sessions,
- Conference materials (Congress bag, etc).
- Proceedings (a link will be provided to download)
- Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation
- Three-day lunch
- Coffee breaks
Registration including accommodation (Hotel accommodation for 2 nights 1 2 )
- Early bird (Before 15 July 2025)
- Full delegate: 550 Euros
- Student Delegate: 450 Euros
- Late registration (After 15 July 2025)
- Full delegate: 650 Euros
- Student Delegate: 550 Euros
Registration without accommodation
- Early bird (Before 15 July 2025)
- Full delegate: 450 Euros
- Student Delegate: 350 Euros
- Late registration (After 15 July 2025)
- Full delegate: 550 Euros
- Student Delegate: 450 Euros
Each registered author could submit and present 2 papers at most. Authors who want to submit and present more than 2 papers are required to make an additional payment of 50% of the registration fee per paper.

Any payment transfer fees from your bank must be paid separately.
